Your proposal and booking

Day Trip Agra is operated by Pacific Classic Tours India (PCTI). A booking is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation and any stated deposit or payment has been received. Your individual proposal and confirmation take priority where they set out specific inclusions, pricing or conditions.

Prices and inclusions

Prices are based on the services, guest count, dates and assumptions stated in your proposal. Entrance tickets, meals, flights, accommodation or other items are included only when explicitly listed. Changes may require a revised quotation.

Payments

Payment timing and accepted method will be stated with your booking. When using the linked online payment service, please verify the invoice and amount before completing payment.

Traveller responsibilities

Guests are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, insurance, punctuality and accurate arrival details. Please disclose mobility or medical considerations relevant to delivering the service safely.

Monuments and schedules

Opening hours, entry rules, traffic, weather, flight schedules and other conditions may change outside our control. The Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays. We may adjust the order or timing of visits while preserving the intended experience where reasonably possible.

Suppliers and events beyond control

Some services are provided by independent suppliers. We are not responsible for losses arising from events outside reasonable control, though we will assist with practical alternatives where possible.

Conduct

We may decline or discontinue service where behaviour threatens safety, violates law or materially disrupts others, without refund for unused services caused by that conduct.
